We went to McDonald’s at around 11 pm and I started having stomach pains an hour or two after and diarrhea and nausea at around 4 am. My boyfriend didn’t experience anything until around 7 am. He complained of stomach pain and nausea. I had a double Cheese burger and a Chicken Nugget classic meal deal (10 nuggets, Honey mustard, Sprite w/ no ice, small fries, and an apple pie). I went to McDonald's after I finished work for my usual - McChicken Sandwich, Fries and a hot chocolate. It was between midnight and 1am. A young man served me, when he asked his colleagues if anyone was preparing my sandwich, all I heard was giggling from the back of the kitchen, so that would be a no. I ate my food in the car on my way home whilst my boyfriend drove. The burger tasted a bit off so I looked inside to find soggy rotten bits of Lettuce and about two bits of less rotten looking lettuce. By this point I'd eaten a few mouthfuls of the burger and threw the rest away. At approximately 3.30am I awoke to excruciating abdominal cramps, I felt sick also. My mom was throwing up and had a migraine/fever. She had Chicken tenders, vanilla Milkshake and french fries. I have diarrhea and a horrible stomach ache, nausea, and aches. Me & my best friend went to McDonald's a few days ago in the morning, went through drive-thru had 2 breakfast Wrap meals, fanta, a sausage/egg/cheese Bagel and a hot chocolate. A day or so later and we both have been violently ill, me especially who had the 2 breakfast wraps with brown sauce. I remember it tasting really off at the time, whereas normally it's delicious. The meat in it was sort of 'off' like old pork. For 4-5 days i've not been able to work or leave the house. I've had SEVERE pure watery bright yellow diarrhea every 15mins for days, awful stomach pains, violent projectile vomiting, chills, feeling unwell, fever, shaking, headache and muscle aches. I've had to take anti-diarrhea pills (loperamide) just to get some relief. I've literally had anxiety feeling so poorly. This McDonalds is usually fine for my family and me since we always go to it. After school around 3, we decided to get McDonald's and my mom, sister and I all had Fries and my brother just had a Chicken sandwich. I had thought that I ate too fast because my stomach was hurting and I usually take naps around 4 so I did thinking nothing of the pain. At around 7 I had woken up to nausea and I went to the bathroom to use the toilet and I had diarrhea. I felt a strong need to throw up and I couldn't so I forced myself and I threw up way more than I thought I would. I went to sleep at around 10 thinking I should just sleep it off. I hear my sister start to throw up and that's when I was thinking about what we ate. She and I were throwing up all night long and we would switch from feeling cold to feeling hot at times with aching bones. We were going to go to school still feeling nauseous the next morning until my mom started to throw up and complained about feeling cold and having diarrhea.
