McDonald's, West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL, United States

4443 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, 33609 Florida, United States

On my way to a party on the fourth of July, I decided to grab a quick bite to eat. I sat down in a McD's and enjoyed a nice Big Mac and went on my way. While driving to the party, i felt a disturbance deep down in my bowels. However, I blasted a huge fart in my warm car, quickly extinguishing any fear of stomach issues. Upon arriving to the party, the feeling of discomfort started to return. Not worrying a bit, i hastily jumped into the pool. Once in, a young lady asked if id like to have chicken fights with the other members of the party. I agreed, but she said the guys had to be on the girls shoulders. Further agreeing, we went about the chicken fight. To my delight, our team won! A large group encircled us as they hailed our victory. However, during this engagement I felt pain as ive never felt it before. Almost on command, as the circle of friends surrounded us, my asshole released the largest spray of diarrhea ever seen. The first beam went right into a girls hot dog bun as she was biting down on it, while the rest shot into the faces of the gathering party-goers. This wasnt the end... Once the first stream finished, my anus expanded to the size of the space shuttles solid rocket booster and tore a gaping hole through my gooch and up to my penis bone. The shit had now engulfed the entire party and was beginning to fill my innards as my intestines exploded from the force of the initial blast. The last thing I saw was shit streaming from my mouth as if Niagara Falls had changed locations. Now Im sitting in the hospital waiting for my anus transplant. Be careful what you order! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

our own meals. He had a 20 piece nugget + fries + bbq sauce. I had a Big Mac + fries + ranch and buffalo sauce. This was the only food we had eaten that day, besides some store-bought packaged Chex-Mix. Within approximately 2 hours I was vomiting about every 30 minutes even when I ran out of things to throw up. 2 days later and I am still experiencing symptoms such as fever, nausea, diarrhea, and lack of appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
