You can never be fully sure what food caused your food poisoning since some poisonings can take up to a month to gestate, however just to play it safe I am reporting the last thing I ate before getting a terrible stomachache and then forcing myself to vomit later in the early morning hours. After that I got diarrhea, have had a terrible headache, had joint pains, the chills with a 102 degree fever where I couldn't get warm enough, then I took Ibuprofen and the fever "broke" so that I became overheated, and now on my 2nd day I've continued to have very watery diarrhea even though I have been able to keep small amounts of food and lots of liquids down since after the first round of vomiting. I still have a mild fever that pops back up after the ibuprofen wears off and I'm having a lot of gas and bloating in my digestive tract. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain, Gas, Joint Pain
