Grocery-store-prepared, take and bake salmon My wife and mother-in-law both are in-store prepared salmon. my wife had oscar style salmon and my mother-in-law had salmon topped with a garlic butter and parmesan cheese mixture. These were both take and bake. I had a a beef ribeye cut in-store. Both my wife and my mother-in-law both got sick. My wife had the similar symptoms but nowhere to the severity of my mother-in-law and that may be due to the age disparity as my mother-in-law is 68. I only ate a whole cut of meat that was grilled appropriately and did not get sick. In remembering up to two years ago, my wife has had that same oscar style salmon in the past two additional times and both times she became ill with the same symptoms. These both came from the same store. When we buy whole fish cuts from them that are not prepared in store, and are frozen from initial packaging, there's never a problem. It is only the in-store prepared, take and bake meat that seems to be an issue. additionally, my wife and I both had a salad that I made from scratch and I used a vegetable cleaner to sanitize the lettuce and onions that comprised the salad prior to eating. I have no symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting2 weeks ago •reported by user-pvyd9326
