I ate chips and salsa and a shredded beef taco salad at el ranchero at 7 pm today. It tasted funny so I didn’t even eat half of it now I am very nauseous and have had very bad diarrhea for the last hour. I also have very bad pain in my stomach | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
