Had lunch on 11/18 at the Ale House. I ordered the Ribeye with garlic broccoli and fries. I began having symptoms later that evening. I have been vomiting and having diarrhea for the past 24 hours. I cannot eat anything without immediately throwing it up. This is the first time I have encountered a problem at this restaurant but after this, I’m never returning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
