Had a pizza made with all meats except chicken and anchovies, plus roasted garlic cloves, sundried tomatoes and rosemary. Had nothing for lunch, so sure that I got food poisoning at MODS pizza in Issaquah. Had dinner at about 6:00 PM. By 2:00 AM, had intense headache and nausea. About an hour later, I threw up violently and did this 3 more times during the night. Never again will I eat at MODS pizza, and will encourage others to not eat there as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
