On September 4, 2025, I ordered a mini pizza from MOD Pizza with red sauce (with basil), mozzarella, mama’s hot chili peppers, green bell peppers, olives, spicy sausage, pepperoni, and a side cup of ranch. After eating, I experienced nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and a headache. Later that day, I ate dinner without issues and only vomited the pizza, which leads me to believe this meal was the cause of my food poisoning. I have never had problems with MOD Pizza before and I am generally a healthy person, so this incident was very surprising. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
