59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13 (b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2615534 on 4/10/25 not corrected: 38 - observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approx. 205 rodent mouse droppings in the following areas: 10 droppings on the floor of the lunchroom in the corners, 5 droppings on the floor of the cafeteria manager's office, 20 droppings beneath the sink cabinet in room 201, 20 droppings on the shelves and cabinets in room 206, 35 droppings in the main office vault beneath the sink cabinet, on the floor in the assistant principal's office and in the secretary's office, 10 droppings on the bookshelves in the media room 103, 5 droppings on the window ledge in room 101, and over 100 droppings on the shelves and in cardboard boxes in the office in the back corner of media room 103. Also observed a live mouse on the glueboard in room 206 in the corner of the classroom. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Priority violation 7-42-090.
