Observed approx. 140 mouse droppings in the following areas: 5 droppings on the floor of the lunchroom in the corners, 10 droppings in the storage cabinet and on the floor in room 201, 30 droppings on the shelves and cabinets and on the floor behind the cabinets in room 206, 35 droppings in the main office vault on the floor and storage shelves, on the floor in the assistant principal's office and in the secretary's office, 20 droppings on the floor in room 101, 20 droppings on the shelves in the office in the back corner of media room 103 and the mdf room, and 20 droppings on the storage shelves in music room 110 storage closet. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Priority violation 7-42-090.
