In the hospital now with severe abdominal cramps, nausea,vomiting, diarrhea, fever and headache. My partner had a bit of cramps as well and diarrhea after. Definitely caught something in Dubrovnik Old Town. We ate in some pizzerias/seafood places and drank water directly from the little public fountains (I know bad idea). It's pretty bad. Anyone else has this ? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
