I was working at an event at viva home with my friends, we ate the same breakfast, mamak mee goreng. But during lunch 3 of us went to buy lunch, they both bought nasi lemak from a different restaurant while I got Hainanese Chicken Chop from old town. I ate the food around 3-4pm, then around 7pm my stomach is bloated, and I thought it's minor problem so i ignored it and kept working. Up until 11pm I started feeling more and more uncomfortable, stomach is cramping, i vomited and i went to toilet and i have diarrhea. Everyone asked me to go home at that point because I was extremely weakened and in pain, at the end i was rushed to a clinic around 1230am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Weakness
