I ate last night at this restaurant and have been extremely ill all day today. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and pain. All I ate was spaghetti with marinara and salad no dressing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
