Chicken Alfredo Illness Reported - Olive Garden, Frederick Maryland

Went for lunch at 1.30. Had the chicken Alfredo and salad. I eat this every time I go there. Got home at 2.30 started getting bad cramps with gas so I laid down for an hour and it was really bad pain so I went to the bathroom and proceeded to have the worst diarrhea and five minutes, It was a couple of hours not sure about the other people yet. Later I was violently throwing up in the sink next to the toilet. Sat there for 45 minutes just exploding both ways. Then I got very dizzy and couldn't walk right and limited balance and muscle control . | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas, Dizziness
