about 2 hours after eating omaha steaks filet mignon and fries i was in severe stomach pain and in the early morning had severe vomiting and diarrhea. I had received the steaks frozen, sent on ice a gift. i had had nothing else to eat that day except water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
