Got southwest chicken tacos. Refried beans and rice. I got a stomach ache a couple hours after I ate and then the next day (Saturday) I started vomiting and felt like my stomach was being punched. I couldn’t keep anything down. I am out today from work today because I am still nauseous and having stomach aches and getting lightheaded from getting dehydrated from throwing up so much. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
