Seared Tuna Illness Report - Outback Steakhouse, Sandy Utah

Had the seared Ahi tuna. It was cold, and I didn't see much of a sear around the edges. Tasted fine, but was so loaded with salt and flavor that it was hard to tell. Usually seared ahi is cool in the middle with a visible line of searing. I am very ill today (approximately 30 hours after eating) with nausea and severe diarrhea. I have eaten nothing else that is questionable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
