Diarrhea, Vomiting After Meal - P. F. Chang's, Cincinnati Ohio

The staff was very nice , helpful and attentive. Upon arriving things went well sat down ordered my appetizer . That arrived immediately I didn't like how it tasted . I then informed my waitress (she was very nice) that I didn't like my appetizer. She apologized she then would I like to add some sauce to it or would I like something else at no additional charge? I said I'll just add some sauce . She said she hoped that would make it better I said me too she said everything is better when add a light sauce to it we laughed. I ate my meal then left. That night , I had the chills no fever. The next morning I woke up pooping and throwing up. For a week straight now I haven't been able to urinate. I have diarrhea and vomit everyday. I can't pee . No fever. . Been to the hospital. They are usure. I'm waiting on lab results | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Something else
