“Husband is vomiting after broccoli.”
“Ate a Bonzai about noon. Began vomiting by 6 pm. Lasted for 12 hours. Ended up with dry heaves and bringing up bloody bile. Followed by diarrhea. Ached for days. ”
“My husband and I ate last night between 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. (Feb 15, 2020).
At about 5:30 p.m. my husband started not feeling well -- the nausea, fatigue and agitation started. By 7:30 p.m. he had SEVERE stomach pain, extremely nauseous and as we got to the door of... the Emergency Room of our local hospital - he vomited -- 3 times!
The hospital gave him Zofron for nausea and Toradol for abdominal pain. We are quite certain it was the hotdog he ate. I had the cheeseburger and was fine.
Upon calling the food place today, I spoke to the Manager (who we believe to be the owner's elderly father) and when I told him I was just concerned if anyone else had reported being ill after eating hotdogs there he said "no complaint hotdog" He did not seem concerned at all when I told him my husband was extremely sick last night and we had to go to the Emergency Room for treatment. He said again "no complaint hotdog".
I then decided to see if this restaurant had any inspection violations - and boy did I hit the jackpot there! The Montgomery County Health Department was JUST in this Wednesday (Feb. 12, 2020) and found 6 violations. And upon further reading found that on 2 previous visits -- there were violations there too !
He (the elderly Manager) told me someone would call me...we shall see.. ”
“We ordered the Goat Cheese dip and the two of us who ate it got violently sick.. I threw up within 2-3 hours after eating it, on top of that the restaurant was dirty.. I was sick all night and am still sick today. ”
“Went for a Valentine’s Day dinner last night. Was up all night with food poisoning. Terrible experience, never going again. ”
“I went with two friends last night for hibachi and about an hour later the two of them were sick and this morning I got super sick and am still having stomach pain and diarrhea. ”
“Had a mix of tacos on June 1st. I got violently ill, vomiting and diarrhea. The others I was with got ill as well and one was hospitalized with an inflamed colon and 102 degree fever. ”
“pho ga with raw vegetables on side 8 hours before symptoms started. Forceful projectile vomiting while having diarrhea at least 10 times during first 24 hours, left feeling weak with stomach cramps and nausea. ”
“Food Once we left the restaurant, everything was fine. We went to store to pick up a few things, but once it was close to 10:30pm-11pm then that’s when the symptoms came. My boyfriend began to feel nauseous and his stomach began to hurt. Around midnight is when he started... to vomit and also got diarrhea. ”
“My husband and I both got food poisoning from the “evolution” tasting menu. We had approximately 16 dishes on the tasting menu; we both began to vomit and have diarrhea all night a few hours after concluding the meal. ”
“Eating from a restaurant. We went there for a meal. My hubby ordered a chicken and shrimp dish with fried rice. The chicken and shrimp was cooked at the table. When I tasted his dish the chicken tasted rotten. He thought it was just bland. He ate his meal. That... night he had a loose tummy several times and vomiting. ”
“My daughter ate a Torino’s square pizza around 3/4 pm and by 7 PM she was complaining of stomach pains, having to vomit & use the restroom every 20 minutes. This is the third time this has happened to her. ”
“Three out of the four of us who order McChickens Showed symptoms of Dizziness, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills and diarrhea/stomach cramps. The single person who did not get sick order a plain McChicken. Contents of our McChicken sandwiches were 2 Buns Chicken, lettuce and mayo. The systems all hit us in... the first thing in the morning. Only one of us were stuck in bed and had to takes medicine to calm the symptoms. ”
“A Daves double burger My grandson left work at 7pm. He was feeling fine all day. I bought him the burger there along with fries and a bottled water. He ate when we got home and around 9pm became nauseous and started throwing up. He could not stop throwing up.... I could not believe how many time he threw up. In the middle of throwing up the diarrhea started. I was going to take him to the hospital but things finally settled down around 4am but he still has diarrhea.
When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager about this a young man came on the phone. I told him what happened and he told me he really wasn't sure what to do and that I could speak with the manager on Monday. He asked my last name and there was a long pause. He came back and said he was trying to get on the computer. Then he said he could give us a coupon. I responded that we would not be eating there again and said thank you and good bye. Their employees are obviously not trained properly. The service is poor, there is never a happy or warm welcome, and most of the employees give you the "They do not want to be there attitude." Wake up. This is a very serious situation that might not have had a good outcome. There should always be someone (an adult) that is trained to properly handle a situation like this. ”
“Friday evening on the February 14th (2020) I had an ordered of gizzards. Around midnight I became very nauseous which followed by vomiting, and diarrhea. It’s now Monday morning. I’m no longer nauseous but the diarrhea is lingering. ”
