Ordered orange chicken bowl with chow mein and fried rice and chicken egg roll. Consumed at 230pm on 04/28/18 and had a fever of 100.5 and chills with muscle aches and joint pain and nausea by 4pm same day. That night fever went up to 102 degrees f and by midnight I had abdominal pain/cramping, nausea, fever, watery diarrhea, and chills. Fever broke at 6am 04/29/18. Continue to have nausea, stomach pain/cramps, and diarrhea (less frequent). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain, Muscle Pain
