I went to this establishment for lunch and orderd a plate of the new shrimp and Orange chicken. I started feeling symptoms of food poisoning about 10-15 minutes after eating it. A coworker also claimed to have experienced the same thing last week after eating at the Panda Express. Something is going on here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I came here for lunch before some shopping. I had a hot dog, pizza, and we shared a Pepsi. About 40 minutes afterwards, we were shopping at Costco and I suddenly had really bad stomach cramps and pain. I was sweating a lot and... See More felt faint, making my way to their restroom. As soon as I got in, I was throwing up into the toilet, twice. I then proceed to have diarrhea there and again at home. We reported it to the manager, who had the audacity to tell us she didn't think it was their food as "no one else has made a report today yet." I had nothing but Costco that day, with my husband having diarrhea at home - our common denominator being the Pepsi that was shared. The manager asked me to fill out a form on the spot and said she'd follow up in a few days to see if I'm okay - upsettingly, I refused to fill out the form as I was having stomach pains as we stood there waiting and she thinks I'd be in the mood to fill out a paper form lol. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating, Stomach Pain See Less

I barely made it home and inside when horrible diarrhea started. It's about an hour later, and my stomach is still uncomfortable and gurgling. I only had a bottled water to drink. The diarrhea just came on so fast without much warning. I can't think of anything else that could have caused this to happen. I felt just fine earlier today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

Today I am still feeling quite bad. My body would feel cold and shivering, and since the morning I’ve gone to the washroom like 6 times already. My girlfriend also felt unwell like me. I went to the store asking for explanation on March 11th, while feeling extremely uncomfortable still. The store manager (I don’t know his exact title), besides telling us fill out a report form, was being very skeptical of our situation. He might believe the sickness was caused by other things we had even though we’ve specially told him this is the last thing we had. Furthermore, he kept bringing up that I’m not the member, in which my girlfriend is the member. I’ve only spoken to him because my girl isn’t too proficient in English. He kept saying I’m not the member therefore they can only speak to the member This is unbelievably arrogant and clueless. If anyone who had Costco’s product and got seriously injured, Costco is definitely responsible regardless the user is a member or not, especially when it comes to food safety. Although he promised his manger would call us today, once we missed one call from him in the morning (he also only called 1 number but we out down 2 numbers), we called back multiples times and no one picked up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Burping See Less
