The same thing I ate
The quality and care of the beef, and probably all other meats these days, is going down, way down. 'Old dairy cow' at best. This hiring disaster means a lot of dirty rags used to wipe surfaces and poor or no mopping. The supervisors and managers are stretched beyond what they can do to guarantee safe food.
