Additional information: Vomiting within 2-3 hours after eating at Panda Express. Fever and diarrhea for 8 days, accelerated watery diarrhea after that after each meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
