Got beef broccoli that was flavored with some kind of extra sauce (i thought it was orange chicken) but i didnt even order orange chicken for the beef broccoli to taste that way. Next thing i noticed is that the broccoli looked a little odd but didn’t taste bad because i could only taste the random added sauce. This was on 8-9-19 and after all the vomiting for 2 days i still have diarrhea today 8-14-19. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
