I had the Margherita pizza on Friday March 18, 2022 for dinner. Less than 24 hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea. I had a very painful cramp in the top of my stomach. Threw up for 12 hours. Have had diarrhea for 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
