BLT Sandwich Causes Pain - Panera Bread, Greensburg Pennsylvania

I bought a sandwich on September 11, 2020 and refrigerated it and ate it last night September 12, 2020 and within approximately 30 minutes after eating the sandwich started to get terrible sharp pains in my upper stomach. It is 5 AM on the 13th and I'm still having sharp upper stomach pain over 7 hours later. I thought a heating pad would help and it didn't. Upper sharp stomach pain within 30 to 45 minutes after eating BLT roast Turkey avocado sandwich. Pain still lasting over 7 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
