My coworker and I ordered online Panera for delivery for 11am on 12/7/2018 from Panera on Fremont pike in Perrysburg, Oh. This was the first thing I ate all day. 3 1/2 hours later I had nausea, diarrhea, sweating, and fever. I went home had more stomach issues and nausea and sore stomach and couldn’t eat anything after. I went to Panera Bread on 11/30, around 2 pm. I had a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup, a half Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken (iceberg was substituted for romaine due to E Coli outbreak), and a baguette on the side. I had no symptoms whatsoever prior to my visit and even exercised in the morning with no complications. This was my first meal of the day. Around 6 pm I began experiencing a headache and left the restaurant early even though I had planned on staying longer to work on school work. Over the next 2 hours, I began to experience severe stomach pains, belching, and my headache intensified. Eventually, I began to experience weakness, chills, mild fever and dizziness. Around 9:30 pm I vomited close 1 gallon worth. Around 10 pm I vomited again, slightly less than the original amount. Shortly after I experienced watery diarrhea. By this point, I was extremely weak, cold, and my body was aching. I had finally stopped vomiting and was able to go to sleep. The following Saturday morning I experienced dry heaving, but no vomit, and had a small amount of diarrhea. I was still very fatigued, and still had body ache and slept most of the day, yet was still tired enough to fall asleep at bedtime. I also had no appetite throughout the day. The following Sunday I had diarrhea one last time and seemed to regain some of my strength. My appetite slightly increased, but not by much. I ordered a Turkey bravo Tomato basil Sandwich at around 7pm Sunday Nov 25th. I gave my 6 yr old my Tomatoes out of my Sandwich as she loves them. An hour later and horrible Cramps hit followed by even more painful Cramps the whole night leading into diarrhea, nausea, and vomitting the whole next day. Second day now still horrible cramping and diarrhea and my daughters teacher from school called saying she defecated on herself at school and is suffering from same cramping.
