“I had it from the Cheesecake Factory and got horrible diarrhea, the worat ever in my life. Then I had it from Burger King and puked twice. Last, my boyfriend bought it from the grocery store for a cookout. My boyfriend only had a bite of my burger and he had stomach pain and diarrhea from it. I only... ate half of it and I had all out food poisoning from it. Puked four times, had chills, was very faint and had to be carried out of the bathroom I was so weak. All three times the symptoms set in 2-3 hours after eating. The first two I bounced back from pretty quickly. The last one O was under the covers for the rest of the day, freezing, shivering, sweating, and in and out of sleep from the exhaustion of it all. That one took me about a week to fully recover from. If it had been any worse, I probably would have had to go to the hospital. ”

I'd run to the bathroom every 5minutes and the only thing that came out for the first 3hrs looked like blood.... after that finally i was able to see actual stool but i would still only be able to release little by little. ”

“The FDA, along with CDC and state and local partners, is investigating an ongoing multistate outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes linked to Hispanic-style fresh and soft cheeses.
As part of this outbreak investigation, the Connecticut Department of Public Health collected product samples of El Abu... elito-brand Hispanic-style fresh and soft cheeses from a store where a sick person bought cheeses. Sample analysis showed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in samples of El Abuelito Queso Fresco sold in 10 oz packages, marked as Lot A027 with an expiration date of 02/26/2021. Samples are currently undergoing Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) analysis to determine if the Listeria monocytogenes found in these samples is a match to the outbreak strain. At this time, there is not enough evidence to determine if this outbreak is linked to El Abuelito Queso Fresco.
FDA advises consumers, restaurants, and retailers not to eat, sell, or serve El Abuelito Queso Fresco cheese until more information is known. FDA and state partners are working with the firm to recall the affected lot and to determine if additional products should be recalled. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
As of February 17, 2021, there are reports of seven people infected with the outbreak strain of Listeria monocytogenes in Connecticut, Maryland, New York, and Virginia. Six of the seven ill people are Hispanic. Of the four people interviewed, three reported eating at least one type of Hispanic-style fresh and soft cheeses, and all three reported eating queso fresco.

“16/02/2021 At around 4.30pm, A strawberry milkshake from here Only I had a milkshake. Because of the ice cream it was difficult to drink, very thick. I had about a 3rd to half and my fries as well as a couple of cheese sticks. I felt full, nauseous and light headed straight away but put it down to... the full feeling and decided to try to nap. I woke up about 30 minutes later desperate for the toilet with stomach cramps, nausea and indigestion. I went to the toilet and had diarrhoea. I came back and checked my milkshake that had now melted. There were brown lumps in it and brown stains all around the cup. I have pictures. I still have pains now, nausea and haven't eaten a meal since. Just small snacks. ”
