2 days ago around 7:00 pm i ate two of mcdonalds hot and spicy i went home and went to bed , but when i woke up i had a nasty headache that headache soon turned into a fever of 106.5 I started getting pains in my lower stomach like cramping off and on and I can't eat everything i eat i throw up 2 days since i ate it still getting cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
