Had French Dip and ajus. Violent vomiting 45 minutes after eating. 6 days latter still weak. Visited personal phyician who agreed food poisioning. Attitudute of manager not good. Visiting doctor again tomorrow | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Weakness
