Ordered the crispy honey shrimp. The shrimp tasted fine, but the brown rice looked and tasted stale. Within an hour of eating, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Took Imodium a few hours later, but vomiting and diarrhea persisted. Currently trying to keep myself hydrated as best as possible.

“Ordered in food to home delivery. Woke up extremely ill the next morning. I’m the only one that got sick out of three but am the only one that ate the Brussel sprouts appetizer. Still stick, six days in. Ordered food delivered to home on September 1st for dinner around 6pm. Woke up sick with fever,... diarrhea, body aches and disorientation at 5 am on Wednesday sept 2nd. “Ate at 8:30 PM, Mongolian Beef, white rice, potstickers, and egg roll. Woke up at 2 AM with cramps and my body started to purge. Still have diarrhea and had a serious bout of vomiting that at 3 AM until my stomach was empty. It was the only food that I ate all day. ”

“On Friday November 20,20 around 7:30 pm I ate the garden salad there. My husband had the steak with fries and coke slaw. I shared the sales with my husband, he ate a little but I ate most of it ( entirely). At 8:30 I started feeling sick with nausea and stomach ache. Little later, I started vomiting... . “Egg croissant from I ordered a maple bacon croissant with egg and a iced matcha latte. I parked my car in the parking lot to eat it there. I took a sip of the matcha i was ok. I took the egg off of the sandwich first and ate it by itself (I always eat the egg separate) and by the time I went to take... a bite of the croissant I got the most terrible urge to throw up I got out and through up in the bushes. I made it in the car I thought I was done but no I had to throw up some more in the donut bag . After getting it all out my system I felt better. A little nauseous after but ok. ”

“The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for beef stock products that were not presented for import re-inspection into the United States. A recall was not requested because it is believed that the affected product is no longer av... ailable for consumers to purchase. The beef stock item was imported on or around November 5, 2020.
32-oz. cartons containing “Wegmans Beef Culinary Stock NO SALT ADDED” with UPC 7789045652 and codes 25MAR2022 and 26MAR2022 on the label.
The product subject to the public health alert bears the Canadian mark of inspection for “882.” This item was shipped to retail locations in Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania.
The problem was discovered when the purchaser determined that it was delivered without FSIS import re-inspection.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a health care provider.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ pantries or refrigerators. This product should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

“Bought their Premade chicken fettuccine Alfredo from here and had it for dinner last night. “The FSIS announced a public health alert for ready-to-eat (RTE) chicken and pork tamale products containing diced tomatoes in puree that have been recalled by the producer, due to concerns that the products may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically hard plastic. There have been no... confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
FSIS advises consumers not to eat the recalled products and to throw them away or return them to the place of purchase. The frozen RTE chicken and pork tamale items were produced between Oct. 22, 2020 and Nov. 9, 2020 by Tucson Tamale Wholesale Co. LLC and bear establishment number “EST. 45860” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The following products are subject to public health alert:
- Cases containing eight individually packed tamales with the labels “TUCSON TAMALE GREEN CHILE CHICKEN TAMALE” or “TUCSON TAMALE Green Chile Chicken Tamales” with lot codes F20296 and F20309 and sell by dates of 10/23/22 and 11/05/22.
- Cases containing six packages with two tamales each of “TUCSON TAMALE GREEN CHILE CHICKEN TAMALES” with lot codes F20309 and F20296 and sell by dates of 10/23/22 and 11/05/22.

The problem was discovered by Tucson Tamale Wholesale Co. when they identified pieces of hard plastic in the cans of diced tomatoes in puree that they received from their ingredients supplier. These items were sold online and also shipped to distributors for further distribution to retail locations and restaurants nationwide.

“I ordered via DoorDash just before midnight on 11/24. The burgers clearly had been reheated, which means the food was potentially in the trash can prior. The quarter pounder and the mcdouble packaging had white greasy chunks and slime like substance melted all over it. I had went to open the box whe... n the smell got to me and the fries I ate prior which were also soaked in grease like they too, had been reheated. It seems the staff at this location should have the video tape pulled on them to verify they are not tampering with the food, because around 1am on 11/25 just 5 minutes after eating the McCurry first and the fries, I had puked from the overwhelming experience. I looked at the bun from the quarter pounder and it also had burn marks like the bread was burnt from being reheated as only part of the bun was burnt slightly more than the rest, but was still firm like bread gets after its sat out from being reheated again. I puked twice and I have a throbbed in my neck from the force of the puking. I have a oversalted and greasy taste in the back of my throat and this is very discomforting. I feel very sick to my stomach still and its very uneasy. I would like some action taken see the images for yourself. ”
