I ate a can of spaghettios a few hours ago and then about twenty minutes ago i experienced extremely sudden stomach pain and had to go to the bathroom where i experienced extremely painful stomach cramping and diarrhea as well as vomiting at the same time. i am currently still feeling sickly as of writing this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
