At approximately 2:45pm Wednesday October 28 2020 I ate 1 slice of meat lover’s pizza with creamy garlic dipping sauce.
At approximately 9 pm that evening I started to get belly cramps really bad followed by vomiting several times and later diarrhea all night long. Belly cramps continued all night long with continued diarrhea. In the morning of the 29th after emptying bowls once again the toilet was completely bright red with blood. Went to urgent care at Urgent care centre | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
