Yesterday we ordered pepperoni pizza and my kids ate the pepperoni slices, both of them are sick. My older son has diarrhea and younger son is having diarrhea, vomiting chills and stomach ache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
