Chicken , fried Myself/ate half chicken sandwich,next day heated and finished other half. Some abdominal discomfort led to nausea and by evening, vomiting. Headache also the whole day and through the night. Nausea continues today  and abdominal discomfort. Drinking water only. See Less

“I ate an impossible burger today around 3 pm. Less than an hour after eating the burger, I began to feel nauseous. not vomiting but my stomach felt queasy and bloated. I took another shower because the smell of the burger was on my clothes and body and it made me feel disgusting. It has a weird smel... See Morel, like a weird grease smell that makes me want to gag. The smell didn't leave the house for hours. I won't eat this garbage again. Threw the rest away. I have a stomach of steel and I've tried other veggie burgers in the past with no issue. this is unusual for me to have this reaction.

Update: I stopped feeling sick after another hour. Still won't eat these again. I learned they're made with a genetically modified ingredient that makes the burger look pink and bloody like beef.

I got it from a food bank. Though I'm not blaming them for it, I've went to this food bank many times with no issues. The problem is the company that makes these burgers. The ingredient they use to make the burger look bloody and pink like real beef, I believe that's what made me feel nauseous.ive never consumed that ingredient (heme) once in my life until yesterday when I ate that

Recall details: Basic Grain Products, Inc. in Coldwater, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling 6.56-ounce bags of Krog... See Moreer and Stop & Shop brand’s Caramel Rice Cakes because they may contain undeclared milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. Individuals exhibiting signs or symptoms of foodborne illness or allergies should contact a physician immediately.

The product comes in a 6.5-ounce bag. The Best if Used By or Best Before date (also the Lot Code) is located on the plastic Kwik Lok tag at the top of the bag. Only two lots of the product are affected. The recalled packages bear the following UPC and lot code information:

- Kroger Caramel Rice Cakes, UPC 0 11110 35792 2, Best if Used By dates DEC1521 and DEC1621, shipped to retail distribution centers in CO, IN, and KS. (photos provided below)

These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. Retail locations that may receive returned product from consumers should destroy this product immediately

The raw ground turkey products were produced on December 18, 2020 through December 29,2020. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. The products bear establishment number EST. P-244 inside the USDA mark of inspection. The following products are subject to the public health alert:

- 1-lb. packages of Nature’s Promise Free from 94% LEAN | 6% FAT Ground Turkey with Use by/freeze/sell by date of 1/1/21, 1/3/21,1/4/21, 1/8/21 and 1/10/21 on the front of the package.
- 1-lb. packages of Wegman 94% LEAN | 6% FAT Ground Turkey with Use by/freeze/sell by date of - 1/3/21, 1/4/21, 1/8/21 and 1/10/21 on the front of the package.
- 3-lb. packages of Wegman 94% LEAN | 6% FAT Ground Turkey with Use by/freeze/sell by date of 1/3/21, 1/4/21, 1/8/21 and 1/10/21 on the front of the package.
- 1-lb. packages of Plainville Farms Ground White Turkey 93% | 7% Fat with Use by/freeze/sell by date of 1/10/21 on the front of the package.

A recall was not requested because it is believed that the products are no longer available for consumers to purchase.

FSIS and its public health partners, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), public health and regulatory officials are investigating a multistate outbreak of 28 Salmonella Hadar illnesses in 12 states with onset dates ranging from December 28, 2020 through March 4, 2021. The traceback investigation for one case patient identified the patient consumed ground turkey produced by Plainville Brands, LLC. An intact, unopened package of Plainville Brands’ ground turkey collected from this case-patient’s home tested positive for Salmonella Hadar and was closely related genetically to the sample from the patient. Evidence collected to date does not link all illnesses to this establishment.
