Ate a spicy chicken sandwich and fries with diet soda. About 4 hours later I had stabbing pains in my abdomen. Made myself vomit. I couldn't even stand up straight. Contemplated the hospital but laid in the fetal position for about 6 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
