Monday, March 31st, 2025 Portillos Italian Beef Also had chills and a slight fever but only for a couple hours. Also it's the only thing different I've had from Portillos in a while, I got the cheese fries but I always get that. I barely ate anything else that day, only a piece of bread way in the morning. Ate at Portillos late Monday and got the symptoms Tuesday morning. | Symptoms: Fever, Chills, Nausea, Diarrhea
