I ordered a side garden salad with Greek vinaigrette dressing and a spaghetti with meat sauce. Shared spaghetti with my sister who did not get sick but I strongly believe it was the salad. I vomited once although felt like I needed to more than once. Had diarrhea about 26 different times (one of those times being involuntarily) within a 1.5 day period. Had severe abdominal cramps as well. Day 3 and still do not feel comfortable eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
