On Sunday 11/2/25, I ate an Italian beef bowl and a salted Carmel shake. A couple hours later, I was very sick. I had diarrhea, stomach cramping and eventually vomitted. I was the only one in our family to eat the beef and no one else is sick, it's been 36 hours. I should also mention the restaurant was super smoky inside, like they just had a fire inside. It smells like smoke really bad and people were eating outside. The area around the soda machine was soaked, all of the rugs around the machine had a ton of water/liquid, I could literally splash on the rugs. It was disgusting and makes me believe something happened and maybe they should had bee closed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
