Bought crayfish and avocado sandwich, large fresh orange juice, fresh mango and love bar for later. Am 5.5m pregnant. Had knots in my tummy all afternoon and then was violently sick in office loos at 6.30pm and continued to be sick 4 more times with diarrhoea all thru the night. The rice and beans on the combination plate seemed to have added salt, not like usual that salt taste has me wondering. Didn’t think much I thought it was a regular sore throat. Also jack in the box was the last thing I ate and only thing after a 6 hr separation from my first meal at home. Day 3 is when I had to go the hospital because it was no ordinary sore throat they told me I have strep throat due to bacteria from eating something unsanitary.
