Pre-Made Salad Illness - Publix, Palm Harbor Florida

On Feb 10th I ate a pre-made publix chef salad. It had iceberg lettuce, hard boiled eggs, diced tomato, diced turkey and cheese cubes. About 3 to 5 hrs later started having severe nausea and vomiting, low grade fever, chills, body aches and stomach cramps. Almost 3 days later am starting to feel better but still having trouble tolerating any food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
