Quiznos, International Airport Drive, Charlotte, NC, United States

International Airport Drive, Charlotte, 28208 North Carolina, United States

My mother and I both ate at Quiznos at the Charlotte International Airport on Sunday May 21 at around 2pm. I ordered the Baja Chicken and my mother ordered the classic Italian. Approximately 6 hours later I began violently vomiting along with diarrhea. My mother experienced the same symptoms about an hour after I did. It has been around 9 hours since ingestion and we are both experiencing frequent nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramping, and the chills. Our only previous meals were early Sunday morning. Quiznos has been the only thing we had eaten since the symptoms started. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

Gastritis from the bad bacteria in the meat and me vomiting. I tried contacting the owner several times leaving messages to their employees which he never returned. Spent alot of $ on hospital bills and I am now living with gastritis and abdominal issues. I should sue them. The owner needs to ensure proper food quality is being provided to the public employees. Chances are the temperature wasn't hot enough to kill all bacteria and it caused me massive digestive issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas

Prob not a temp issue entirely. The meatballs were probably heated and left out all yesterday and then put in the fridge overnight and used again the day you went, going from hot to cool like that allows bacteria to develop
