My wife and I ate Beef Tartar on September 19. We both got severe diarrhea about 20 minutes apart 22 hours after eating. We had all are meals there. 9/18 we had Tuna, (9/19 breakfast and 9/19 Beef Tartar. We both started diarrhea Friday, 9/20 at about 10 PM. We had severe diarrhea from 10 PM until 6 am all night. My wife had to go to hospital as she was severly dehydrated and was given IV's. We did not know that Tartar meant "RAW" meat as would would have never ordered it. The Hotel denied it was food poisoning as they said the Chef said food poisoning would have resulted in us being sick within 4 hours, not one day later. We both had 8 hours of diarrhea followed by headaches and intestinal and stomach cramps for the next two days. There could be no other source of poisoning other than the Beef Tartar. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Cramps
