On Saturday, August 11, 2018, I consumed a few of the clam strips. They were extremely strong and bitter tasting. Even though I was hungry, I could only eat a few as they tasted so bad, but I mistakenly thought it might be normal. Around 2 hours later I started wanting something milky (which is not normal), I drank about a cup of vanilla milkshake and felt fine. As a matter of fact, I did not feel any discomfort or pain. About 3 hours later, I thought I am going to throw up. I did not feel nauseous or bad. I started throwing up. I threw up the first layer of my stomach contents. My stomach started to hurt, with a pinching, piercing pain above the navel. About 5 minutes later the next layer and the majority of my identifiable stomach contents were thrown up. Stomach started to hurt worse and 5 minutes later watery, slightly thickened, stomach acid was heaved up. Stomach pain worsened and lying on my side was the only position, I could stand. About 5 minutes later, I threw up about a cup and a half of the bitterest, vilest, taste- it was similar to the bad taste the clams had, but much more intense and bitter. The consistency was like thickened egg whites. It was not regular bile or stomach acid. It was like mucous. It was not normal secretions. It was like my body was trying to protect itself from poison and had secreted this substance to try to contain it from further damaging itself. As soon as I had ejected this substance, my stomach pain subsided, no more vomiting, and I was able to drink water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bile1 week ago •reported by user-hhtvc396
