Endless Shrimp Illness Outbreak - Red Lobster, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Went to Red Lobster on May 2 at the Red Lobster on Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA with my mother and son for the endless shrimp meal. Sunday May 3 I began projectile vomiting and sweating around 6pm, stomach cramping and nausea. No food since Red Lobster. May 4 my mother and I began diarrhea, headaches and feeling fatigued. May 5, mom was hospitalized for potential food borne virus, uncontrollable incontinence and vomiting. I went to the hospital May 8 with gastrointestinal discomfort and flu like symptoms. Since then my mother and I have been continuing to experience severe stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting and headaches with no relief. My mom is 75 and in a lot of discomfort.
