Building falling apart in and out, short staffed place was trashed. I wanted to leave then but we were hungry. Waited 10 mins no tables. Walked around half the place was empty (short staffed) place was trashed inside (see picture). Had to bus our own table after waiting 5 more minutes. Order burger pink (was not pink it was done). Steam broccoli had black spots on part of it got a new one after 15 minutes waiting. Water was so bad (highly cholinated city water). Had to get my own to-go box. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
