Milkshake Causes Bacterial Illness - Restaurant, Coron MIMAROPA

A hotel That i can't remember its name. Almost two weeks ago, i was in Coron Palawan, and had a milk shake that may or may have not used the local water insted of the bottled water that the hotel had claimed to be useing. I went to the hospital and did some tests, and the doctor said that it was. The milk shake. I had nausea, vomiting, fever. yes, I just want to say is that I think my food poisning was caused by a bactereal infection. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
