I think lettuce. That address is not right. We had food, I have to look up who we had delivery from. I think one of the breweries: stone or Karl Strauss. I was the only one who had salad. That night was the first time ever waking up in my own mess. I got a skin infection on my thighs I think from having the exposure to the mess. I took antibiotics for the infection, and assumed my diarrhea was from the antibiotics. I have had a bad headache. Today seemingly out of no where I am nauseated. I projectile vomited before I could make it to the bathroom. I have been at home and not out even in small groups for weeks. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
