Fly in Wine, Severe Symptoms - Insect in Food, Trento Trentino-Alto Adige

Large green fly (the kind you find on feces) in my glass of wine, almost swallowed it. Two smaller flies were present too. They did not enter while I was eating but must have already been inside the bottle. Cramps started before even drinking the wine, suggesting other foods were subject to the same unhygienic standards.
