I bought the pizza around 2:30pm on the 11th of August 2025, Monday. I hadn't had anything to eat on that day because I had to go to Eskom first to sort out my issues. I bought 3 different kinds of pizza (Margherita, Ham & Bbq chicken), and about an hour after eating, I started getting stomach cramps, like my stomach is boiling and rumbling at the same time. I took it lightly, but around 8pm I started vomiting and deficating loose stools. These are the very same symptoms I had when I got food poisoning last year. Right now it's 3:16AM and I'm still vomiting and deficating, I haven't slept a wink. I'm almost certain that the pizza made me sick because I didn't have anything else to eat since morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
